TOOLEX, Katowice 2025 – Event report!

Dematec Polska presents new products at TOOLEX 2025 – technology, automation, and robotics in one place. On October 14–16, 2025, Dematec Polska Sp. z o.o. participated in the next edition of the TOOLEX International Trade Fair of Machine Tools, Tools, and Machining Technology, held at the International Congress Center in Katowice. This key event for the machining industry in southern Poland attracted numerous exhibitors and hundreds of visitors – among them, one of the market leaders, Dematec.

Innovations and full technological support at the stand

Our stand showcased a wide range of modern solutions combining high-precision machining with the latest trends in automation and robotization of production processes. Visitors had the opportunity to see live, among other things:
• DN Solutions DNX 2100 — modern turning and milling center;
• Muratec MT1065 — compact turning center, ideal for 24/7 operation;
• Tsugami B0326 — Swiss-type longitudinal machine, designed for precise, multi-series production;
• Coboty Doosan Robotics — an example of a new generation of collaborative robots that support production automation.
The presence of fully configured machines, including those integrated with automation systems, allowed visitors to evaluate the functionality “live” and talk to Dematec experts about implementation, process optimization and technological support.

The Best of Industry 4.0 Award

Representatives of manufacturing company boards, production directors, experts, scientists, and decision-makers gathered at the International Congress Centre in Katowice. The organizers honored five revolutionary technologies and four production plants. Among them was the DN Solutions DNX 2100, a modern turning and milling center. Regional Director Rafał Korfel proudly accepted the award during the gala.

Meetings, conversations, inspirations

The company’s stand attracted considerable interest from both customers and technology partners. The intimate space, designed for professional meetings, allowed for focused business discussions and the sharing of experiences in implementing modern production lines. Guests could expect not only a machine demonstration but also direct consultations with a team of experts who shared their knowledge and helped select the best solutions for specific applications.
