Dematec presents a proprietary solution that is redefining CNC machine tending. This compact storage system, featuring a Doosan collaborative robot, was custom-designed by our engineering team specifically for the needs of manufacturing plants.
In this solution, the cobot autonomously feeds raw parts for machining and retrieves finished components once the cycle is complete – eliminating tedious and repetitive tasks for the operator. This allows personnel to avoid monotony and the risk of error, focusing instead on supervision and process optimization, while the cobot ensures consistent precision throughout the entire shift, 24 hours a day.
