At Dematec, we know that building lasting business relationships goes far beyond standard patterns. True partnership and trust are best shaped where one can experience the technology of the future firsthand. With this in mind, we invited our clients on a unique journey to the other side of the world to visit global “centers of operational excellence” in Japan and South Korea.
Our technological mission began in Japan. A visit to the Muratec factory near Nagoya allowed participants to closely observe Japanese precision and a work culture that has served as a global benchmark for automation for years. We witnessed processes that serve as living proof of how the pursuit of technical excellence translates into a real competitive advantage for the machines operating in our clients’ facilities.
The next stage of our journey took us to dynamic Seoul and our collaboration with DN Solutions & HELLER. Participating in the SIMTOS trade fair – a key event for the machining industry in this part of the world – and attending the prestigious Vision Night gala, provided us with a unique insight into the future of the CNC sector. Live demonstrations of machines in full production cycles allowed us to jointly analyze solutions that will soon set the standards for the local market.
For us, this journey was about building an “architecture of trust” in unique circumstances. Time spent on substantive discussions in historic Kyoto, discovering the flavors of Nagoya, or sharing experiences on the streets of Seoul, created relationships that no formal meeting could ever replace.
We would like to sincerely thank all the participants for their trust and shared energy. This journey has proven that for Dematec and our Partners, the joint pursuit of operational excellence knows no geographical boundaries.
