EMO Hannover 2025 – Event Report

This year’s edition of the trade fair is full of machine premieres, new technological solutions, and meetings with customers and partners. Dematec representatives present at the trade fair had the opportunity to discuss current market needs and present dedicated solutions. The manufacturers we represent presented a range of modern CNC machines that meet the growing demands for precision, efficiency, and production flexibility.

DN Solutions presented a comprehensive range of modern machining centers, suitable for both small and large production runs. The models featured a rigid design, high axis dynamics, and configurability to meet specific customer needs. The 5-axis DNC series machining centers, enabling simultaneous, high-precision multi-sided machining, were particularly popular.

Precision Tsugami presented its latest precision lathes and multi-tasking CNC machines from the B038 and SS38 series. These compact yet technologically advanced machines combine the capabilities of a lathe and milling machine in a single machine. The new models offer increased rigidity, higher spindle speeds, and more advanced control, resulting in even better machining quality and shorter cycle times.

Muratec meanwhile, focused on showcasing its new generation of MW series twin-spindle CNC lathes, designed for high-volume production. These machines offer very fast travel times, a robust design, and reliable operation – ideal for precision machining of symmetrical workpieces in a short time. The new MT series model, which combines turning and milling capabilities in a single compact center, also attracted considerable attention.
